What you'll do

• Prepare and execute food for private events
• read and carry out Banquet Event Orders
• attend weekly event-planning meetings
• coordinate specialized events with the Events Manager and CDC
• assist with event setup and teardown
• cost food items and operate within budget
• use Sysco Studio
• ensure appropriate back-of-house staffing
• develop event-specific menus
• prepare or delegate food preparation
• supervise staff assigned to events
• maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
