What you'll do

• Provide quality care in clinic and telehealth, meet patient volume goals, lead clinic staff, discuss and review patients’ medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications, ask patients situation-specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses, actively engage with clinical leadership, ensure accurate completion of patient charts, implement clinical and Telehealth protocols, analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information, deliver excellent patient care through in-patient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations, ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations, work efficiently in a fast-paced, autonomous environment, pursue queue of telehealth patients, order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications and educate patients, attest and follow clinical practice guidelines, attend mandatory monthly meetings, perform responsibilities within standard NP protocols, complete mandatory compliance training, adhere to Core Values, recommend ideas to improve patient experience, communicate regularly within team, welcome and assist new employees, support new employee training, build and maintain confidence and credibility, maintain friendly and cordial relations, perform physical, use of senses, cognitive, and environmental functions, be knowledgeable and comply with Company standards, promote and maintain a respectful culture, consult with patients through virtual communication channels, perform other duties as assigned.

What we're looking for

Education

Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN)

Experience

1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice is strongly preferred.
