What you'll do

• Oversee field operations across multiple commercial construction projects
• lead and mentor project superintendents
• monitor schedules, milestones, and field production
• coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and owners
• establish safety, quality, cleanliness, and productivity expectations
• identify delays and develop recovery plans
• conduct jobsite visits
• monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor performance
• support planning, scheduling, and preconstruction
• standardize field procedures and address project risks.
