What you'll do

• Prepare meats, poultry, seafood, vegetables, and other menu items according to recipes and orders
• cook using grilling, frying, baking, and steaming methods
• follow instructions from the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef
• handle and store food safely
• clean and organize the kitchen, wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, and care for equipment
• monitor inventory and assist with ordering
• check ingredient quality and food presentation
• set up workstations and stock shelves as needed.
