What you'll do

• Make incoming and outgoing collection calls
• locate debtor residence and employment information
• discuss full payments, payment arrangements, or legal referrals
• review accounts and schedule follow-up contacts
• follow scripts and applicable laws and company policies
• document debtor interactions. May gather and verify information for certain accounts and conduct follow-up communications about wage garnishment or rehabilitation programs.
