Verizon Value Field Sales Representative

Job overview

Compensation is $2–$5 per year. The Verizon Value Field Sales Representative is an onsite role based in Spencer, IA. , though the role includes a $500 sign-on bonus and potential performance-based bonuses. This position supports the retail sales department by acting as a brand ambassador for a major national carrier. This role exists to drive sales and brand awareness within retail environments. The representative is responsible for engaging customers, delivering product demonstrations, and converting interactions into sales through a consultative approach.

What you'll do

• Proactively engage retail customers to uncover needs and identify purchasing intent.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations of wireless devices, service plans, and current promotions.
• Clearly explain pricing, features, and value propositions to support informed customer purchase decisions.
• Close sales and guide customers through the purchase process.
• Build strong working relationships with store leadership and associates to support in-store execution and sales success.
• Coach and influence store teams to strengthen brand advocacy and support sell-through of telecommunication products.
• Maintain merchandising, signage, and display standards to ensure strong brand presentation.
