* Conduct in-home visits that focus on a person’s overall health and well-being and identify potential barriers to care. * Earn up to $3000 to $5000 each week (Average 6-9 visits daily, base rate of $100 per completed assessment). * Increase your per-visit rate up to 135% with our Market Multiplier*. * Medicaid License or willingness to enroll (with our support) strongly preferred.
