What you'll do

• Complete guest check-in
• answer inquiries and accept reservations in person, by email, and by phone
• provide directions and information about area activities
• record front-desk financial transactions
• maintain guest relations and department communication logs
• assist other hotel departments
• and follow safety and sanitation procedures. The role requires weekend and holiday availability, open availability, and willingness to work overtime when needed.
