Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Kingston, PA. Pay is $23–$25 per hour, plus bonus eligibility. The technician supports SDK Green Acres and its residential community, with SDK Apartments managing residential communities and commercial properties. The role maintains safe, comfortable homes and shared property areas by completing work orders, preventive maintenance, unit turnovers, and repairs. Timely service, accurate records, and coordination with the property team help maintain the community and respond to resident needs.

What you'll do

• Complete assigned work orders
• perform preventive and scheduled maintenance
• complete apartment unit turnovers
• install, replace, or repair equipment and appliances
• perform carpentry, tiling, and painting as needed
• respond to urgent resident matters while on call
• aim to resolve service requests within 24 hours when possible
• maintain maintenance and service records
• collaborate with property team members
• perform grounds and property maintenance, including cleaning and snow removal, as needed.

Why this role
