What you'll do

• Assist patients to examination rooms and collect information for providers
• obtain vital signs and physical data
• complete and update medical histories
• assist with examinations and minor surgeries, EKGs, hearing and vision testing, and nebulizer treatments
• perform venipunctures and immunizations
• conduct listed point-of-care tests
• prepare and send specimens for testing
• maintain logs and records
• update the electronic medical record
• manage supplies and sterilize instruments.
