This role supports the Fremont Therapy Group, a physical therapist-owned private practice dedicated to providing high-quality, individualized patient care in the Rocky Mountain region. The primary purpose of this role is to deliver exceptional occupational therapy services within an outpatient clinic setting. The therapist will utilize orthopedic, exercise, and manual-based skills to help patients achieve optimal health outcomes while working in a collaborative, supportive environment that emphasizes professional growth and therapeutic alliance.

What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one occupational therapy care to patients with an optimal caseload of 12-13 patients per day.
• Collaborate with a team of skilled therapists to deliver orthopedic, sports rehab, and manual therapy services.
• Participate in formal mentorship and onboarding programs to foster professional development and clinical excellence.
