Alternate Site Director, Youth Programs is an onsite role based primarily at the Simon Lake Unit in Milford, CT, with coverage at school-based sites and the Teen Center as needed. The role provides leadership coverage and helps keep daily programs running smoothly. It supports staff, builds relationships with youth and families, responds to incidents, leads activities when needed, and helps ensure safe supervision and consistent program operations across locations.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily Club operations and provide leadership coverage
• support and supervise program staff
• build relationships with members and communicate with families
• respond to behavioral concerns, injuries, and incidents
• open or close locations as scheduled
• lead activities when needed
• support attendance, headcounts, transitions, and dismissal procedures
• travel to Club sites or the Teen Center for coverage
• communicate updates to Club leadership.
