The Chemical Mixer — First Shift role is onsite in Andover, MA. Compensation is $19–$23 per hour. ICP Group formulates and manufactures specialty coatings, adhesives, and sealants for construction and industrial markets. The batchmaker prepares production batches by weighing and blending raw materials according to batch instructions and standard procedures. The role supports production demand and product quality through safe chemical handling, sampling, inventory records, and coordination with supervisors and quality-control staff.

What you'll do

• Follow the supervisor’s daily schedule
• handle chemicals safely
• batch, weigh, and sample materials
• blend ingredients to SOP specifications
• follow safety rules and company policies
• maintain housekeeping and equipment
• report problems to the supervisor
• support production schedules
• communicate with supervisors and QC technicians during batches
• record inventory movements on batch sheets
• perform periodic quality-control sampling
• follow QC direction
• assist with general labor or training new personnel when required.
