Complex Claims and Coverage Director, Remote

What you'll do

• Design complex disputed-coverage and high-severity claim scenarios
• create claim strategies, coverage analyses, authority requests, litigation plans, reserve rationales, and escalation recommendations
• write senior-quality reference responses
• grade AI-generated responses using structured rubrics
• identify unsupported or inconsistent positions
• provide written feedback to the research team.
