What you'll do

• Assist providers with direct patient care and telephone care
• perform routine telephone and walk-in triage
• assess patients and record vital signs and screenings
• update patient records
• provide patient education and follow-up
• clean and stock clinical areas
• perform ordered onsite testing and document results
• perform certified phlebotomy and route specimens
• perform EKG and other listed procedures
• administer vaccines and medications under provider direction or standing orders
• obtain prior authorizations
• assist with patient communications and wound care
• monitor patients determined stable by the provider.
