What you'll do

• Train and supervise banquet staff
• communicate performance expectations and feedback
• handle guest concerns and escalate larger issues
• oversee opening and closing procedures
• coordinate with banquet cooks
• address event conflicts
• assist with inventory and budget monitoring
• complete event paperwork and end-of-day bills
• monitor safe food and beverage handling and responsible alcohol service
• maintain equipment and event spaces
• follow environmental and waste standards.
