The Leasing Consultant is an onsite, full-time position in Baltimore, MD, paying $19–$21 per hour plus commissions. The consultant connects prospective residents with apartment homes by conducting tours, supporting leasing transactions, and responding to resident needs. The role contributes to community operations through accurate paperwork, knowledge of property features, and attentive service throughout move-ins and move-outs.

What you'll do

• Tour and lease apartment homes to prospective residents
• build rapport and communicate the value of the communities
• manage leasing paperwork, rent payments, and move-ins and move-outs
• handle resident inquiries and service requests
• maintain knowledge of floor plans, amenities, and the local area. Must be available to work one weekend day as part of a five-day work week.
