What you'll do

• Provide phone and onsite customer support
• monitor and troubleshoot Circadia tablets
• participate in installation of C100 devices with contracted vendors
• perform routine maintenance, IT setup, and configuration
• troubleshoot Wi-Fi and VLAN connectivity
• mount and install equipment
• and maintain asset records.
