What you'll do

• Assess nutritional needs
• develop, implement, and evaluate nutrition care plans
• participate in the interdisciplinary team and complete participant assessments
• monitor weights and medical diagnoses
• provide nutrition counseling and education
• oversee dining and menu planning
• assist with meal service and monitor intake and diet compliance.
