Design Director, Men's Denim

Design Director, Men's Denim is an onsite role in New York, NY, with a stated annual salary range of $170,000–$180,000. The role reports to the Head of Men’s Design and leads Men’s Denim and some White Label design. The director translates the broader creative vision into a focused, commercially viable collection, building a cohesive denim-led wardrobe and expanding its lifestyle expression. The role guides product creation and team development while partnering across product development, sourcing, merchandising, marketing, and creative teams.

What you'll do

• Lead seasonal design direction for Men’s Denim and some White Label
• translate brand vision into a differentiated assortment
• lead denim fit, fabric, and wash innovation
• expand the denim lifestyle into shirting, knitwear, outerwear, accessories, and third pieces
• oversee design from concept through final development
• partner with product development, sourcing, and merchandising
• maintain White Label’s visual and product language
• lead and mentor the design team
• collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and creative teams.
