Morning Line Cook — Wild Spring Dunes

What you'll do

• Manage a designated kitchen station
• prepare dishes to order and keep the station stocked and organized
• prepare and serve food to established specifications
• coordinate orders for timely delivery
• follow safety and quality guidelines for special food requests, particularly allergies
• clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
• monitor inventory and requisition needed items
• store ingredients properly.
