The Personal Care Assistant — Home Care role is onsite in Richlands, NC, providing services in clients’ homes in the Beulaville, Richlands, and Kenansville area. Compensation is $14–$20 per hour. What you'll do

• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, repositioning, and feeding when appropriate.
• Support meal planning and preparation, hydration, companionship, authorized transportation, light housekeeping, laundry, shopping, and errands.
• Provide medication reminders only, observe and report changes, document each visit, and follow agency, HIPAA, infection-prevention, and safety practices.
