The Program Manager assumes primary responsibility for operation of the cottage in all aspects, including supervision of youth care staff, development and monitoring of the cottage budget, and assuring that residents are provided a supportive therapeutic environment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. Interviews, selects, supervise and complete performance evaluations for Youth Care Workers
