The Final Assembly Operator – Electronics, 1st Shift role is onsite in Olathe, KS. Pay is $19.50 per hour. The position supports the Final Assembly department at an electronics manufacturer producing printed circuit board assemblies and finished electronic products. The operator completes electronic and mechanical product builds to customer drawings, work instructions, visual aids, and quality requirements. Careful assembly, inspection, documentation, and communication of discrepancies help maintain product quality and production flow.

What you'll do

• Perform final assembly using work instructions, customer drawings, visual aids, and production documentation
• assemble electronic and mechanical products with hand tools, fixtures, hardware, labels, and adhesives
• inspect workmanship and conformance
• report shortages, discrepancies, and nonconforming product
• maintain production and traceability records
• organize parts and maintain a clean, safe work area
• follow Quality Management System procedures.

Why this role

Schedule is Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., and Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., with every other Friday off; occasional extended hours may be needed. Handles assemblies and materials up to 10 pounds.
