What you'll do

• Set the People Operations vision, operating model, and roadmap
• lead service delivery and team performance
• develop self-service and AI-enabled support, automation, case management, and knowledge management
• oversee employee lifecycle processes, data governance, compliance, technology, vendors, metrics, and continuous improvement.
