Client Service Representative — Medicare Support

The Client Service Representative role is onsite in Noblesville, Indiana, with an in-office schedule of Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Pay is $20 per hour, with an opportunity to earn additional monthly bonuses. The role supports The Medicare Family’s existing policyholders through its administrative service team. The representative contacts clients, answers coverage questions, resolves problems, and helps clients review rates and other policy needs. The work supports client retention and repeat business through regular, helpful policy service and follow-up.

What you'll do

• Reach out to existing clients regularly
• answer questions about coverage
• resolve client problems
• help clients check rates after increases
• ask clients about referrals and other policy needs
• spend at least four hours daily on the phone
• complete insurance licensing training and exam requirements
• work overtime and some Saturdays during fall open enrollment as needed.
