The Shop Service Manager, Bike & Snow role is onsite in Westbrook, Maine. Compensation is $25.24–$31.58 per hour. The manager leads REI’s shop team and service program, supporting customer experiences and the co-op’s outdoor mission. The role manages shop employees, workflow, production, facilities, and workforce needs. By developing the team and maintaining service quality and throughput, the manager helps meet customer demand and REI expectations.
