What you'll do

• Lead installation of saddles, coping, flashing, metal panels, and custom sheet metal components
• read and interpret architectural and mechanical drawings
• oversee layout, cutting, forming, and assembly
• ensure work meets safety standards, building codes, and quality expectations
• drive to job sites
• mentor and supervise helpers and apprentices
• maintain clean and organized job sites and shop areas.
