Patient Financial Coordinator

The Patient Financial Coordinator role is onsite in Chestnut Hill, MA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Pay is $25–$27 per hour. The coordinator supports Everleap Fertility’s Revenue Cycle department, helping patients understand financial information and options for fertility care. The role manages patient financial account details, explains insurance coverage and treatment estimates, collects and posts payments, and follows up on balances and claims. Accurate account documentation and clear communication support patients and the clinic’s revenue-cycle operations.

What you'll do

• Conduct patient consultations about financial obligations and payment policies
• document insurance benefits in Intergy and Artemis
• provide treatment estimates
• collect estimated liabilities and apply payments
• post payments and compile weekly reconciliation reports
• review outstanding balances and follow up with finance teams on claims and insurance
• respond to patient billing calls and correspondence.
