What you'll do

• Serve as the RN charge nurse and nursing leader on the assigned night shift
• provide resident care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting
• administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies
• complete assessments and monitor changes in condition
• supervise, support, and direct CNAs
• communicate with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
• document and chart nursing care
• follow infection prevention, safety, and facility policies
• help ensure regulatory compliance.
