Mental Health Therapist — Residential Treatment Program

What you'll do

• Complete biopsychosocial intake assessments
• develop and update individualized treatment plans
• conduct weekly or biweekly individual therapy
• facilitate process and psychoeducational groups
• assess progress toward goals
• administer and review PHQ-9, GAD-7, and C-SSRS
• identify and escalate safety concerns or clinical deterioration
• document encounters in KIPU EMR within 24 hours
• participate in clinical meetings, documentation reviews, and quality improvement activities.
