The Relationship Banking Representative role is an onsite position in Bedford, NH. Pay is $18.25–$24.71 per hour. What you'll do

• Welcome and guide customers in the branch
• listen to understand financial needs
• process transactions and routine inquiries
• open and close accounts and initiate wire transfers
• assist with service issues and coordinate resolutions
• educate customers on digital banking
• manage customer flow and appointments
• recommend appropriate solutions and make referrals
• conduct follow-ups and outreach
• balance cash drawers
• follow authentication, regulatory, confidentiality, and security procedures.
