What you'll do

• Identify public and private leads and monitor capital improvement projects
• engage contractors, municipalities, and engineers to understand project requirements
• prepare and issue quotes and coordinate feasibility with estimating and project management
• prepare and distribute submittal packages and manage revisions
• coordinate quote-to-order release documentation and fulfillment
• maintain CRM activity, account, and opportunity records
• provide customer-service improvement feedback
• participate in operations huddles and weekly project discussions
• provide sales manager support at trade shows or visits as needed.
