Activity Director — Senior Living

The Activity Director role is onsite in Lincoln, NE, full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with rotating weekends. Compensation is $19–$21.50 per hour. The role supports The Residence at Gramercy, an assisted living and memory care community operated by CIMA Senior Living. The director plans and leads activities, events, and outings that shape residents’ daily experiences. The role uses resident feedback, individual engagement, and coordination with care and dining teams to deliver programming that supports connection and participation.

What you'll do

• Plan and lead daily activities, events, celebrations, and outings
• drive the community van or bus for trips and assist residents during outings
• create the monthly activity calendar and resident newsletter
• spend one-on-one time with residents who need additional connection
• use resident surveys and feedback to shape programming
• coordinate with care, dining, and other teams
• help with community tours and local outreach from time to time.
