Electrical Engineering Intern

The Electrical Engineering Intern role is onsite in Prescott, AZ. Compensation is $17–$18 per hour. The intern supports Canyon AeroConnect’s Engineering Department, which develops aircraft communications, navigation, and audio/intercom systems. The intern performs technical work related to electrical engineering and may contribute to special projects using basic engineering skills. Through design reviews, circuit work, troubleshooting, documentation, and testing, the role supports engineering design and development activities.

What you'll do

• Participate in design reviews
• document technical theory of operations
• develop plans and reports with charts and graphs
• perform basic circuit design and analysis, schematic capture, and simple PCB design
• troubleshoot with common lab equipment
• assist with basic electronics assembly and soldering
• support part selection and bill of materials development
• comply with environmental, health, and safety policies and the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
