What you'll do

• Manage the quality assurance case pipeline, including required item reports, complaints, critical incidents, appeals, and regulatory standing concerns
• review and resolve cases within protocols and delegated authority
• apply scope-and-severity frameworks
• draft and review decision letters, technical guidance, and program communications
• manage committee meetings and appeals processes
• support reviewer onboarding, training, and calibration
• track and report case data and trends
• flag systemic issues and inform process improvements.
