Maintenance Engineer

The Maintenance Engineer role is onsite in Virginia Beach, VA, and is full-time. Pay is $16 per hour. What you'll do

• Assist with preventive maintenance and work orders
• replace ceiling tiles and light bulbs and patch vinyl
• inspect electrical systems and make minor repairs
• assist with repairs to hotel equipment, HVAC, plumbing, pool equipment, and fixtures
• service the pool and maintain logs
• maintain the building exterior
• refurbish furniture and fixtures
• respond to guest questions, complaints, and requests
• follow attendance rules and safety practices.
