Reporting to the VP of Engineering, this leader translates company and product strategy into scalable engineering capabilities, operating models, and execution plans. The role improves delivery predictability and organizational effectiveness through engineering metrics, operating cadences, cross-functional initiatives, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Partner with the VP of Engineering to translate strategy into capabilities and execution plans
• develop engineering operating processes and governance
• drive initiatives in productivity, quality, reliability, and continuous improvement
• establish effectiveness metrics and dashboards
• facilitate planning and review cadences
• improve accountability, prioritization, and execution predictability
• lead cross-functional engineering programs
• support organizational effectiveness and leadership maturity.
