What you'll do

• Greet and assist guests
• answer questions and promote reservations, trade-ins, and loyalty programs
• process purchases and returns
• maintain clean, organized, and merchandised store areas
• complete omnichannel orders
• support inventory control, loss prevention, stock replenishment, and daily deposits
• reconcile transaction totals and complete closeout paperwork
• supervise and delegate tasks to Sales Associates when management is absent
• follow opening and closing procedures
• provide feedback on associate performance.
