Technical Apparel and Gear Intern — Summer 2027

Job overview

The Technical Apparel and Gear Intern role is onsite in Rigby, Idaho, for a 12-week program from May through August 2027, working 8 a.m.–5 p.m., 40 hours per week. Pay is hourly and depends on experience; no numeric rate is specified. Teton Outfitters develops powersports products under the KLIM and 509 brands. The internship gives students hands-on exposure to the product creation process, from concept to finished product. Interns contribute to assigned product or project deliverables and collaborate across teams supporting design, development, materials, product engineering, or production.

What you'll do

• Support product and business priorities
• collaborate on apparel or hard-parts projects
• own a defined deliverable from planning through completion
• participate in relevant line reviews, material selection, design reviews, fittings, and product-development activities
• present project work and learning at the end of the internship.
