Associate Manager — Property Management

The Associate Manager — Property Management is an onsite role in Bellevue, WA, paying $25–$27 per hour. The position supports the property management team and its work with homeowners and vendors. What you'll do

• Greet visitors
• answer and route calls
• take messages and arrange meetings
• route mail
• support homeowner requests
• maintain association records and correspondence
• create forms and templates in CINC
• compose violation letters under the Community Manager’s direction
• and assist with board and annual member meeting administration. May attend board meetings and assist with meeting minutes when requested.
