Guest Experience Associate – Luxury Car Rental

The Guest Experience Associate – Luxury Car Rental role is onsite in Albuquerque, NM. Pay is $18 per hour plus earned, unlimited monthly commission. Go Rentals provides personalized luxury rental service to private aviation guests, high-profile travelers, and other luxury clientele. The associate manages guest interactions throughout the rental journey, from answering questions and completing rental paperwork to preparing vehicles and arranging pickups and drop-offs. The role helps build guest relationships and deliver the company’s stated high-touch service.

What you'll do

• Provide an exceptional guest experience at the FBO or hotel
• answer guest calls and assist with inquiries in person and by phone
• negotiate, open, and close rental contracts and complete client paperwork
• communicate products, services, and policies
• clean, detail, prepare, and present vehicles
• provide guest pickup and drop-off service
• build rapport with guests and identify new guest opportunities.
