Grant Adherence Manager

The Grant Adherence Manager role is based onsite in Tampa, FL; compensation is $48,000–$55,000 per year. The Boys & Girls Clubs of Tampa Bay prepares youth and young adults for college, career, and life. The manager oversees grant and contract requirements across the organization, helping program and operational teams meet funder expectations and deliverables. The role identifies compliance risks, coordinates corrective actions, and supports accountability and successful program outcomes.

What you'll do

• Manage multiple grants
• monitor performance, deliverables, budgets, and compliance
• review requirements and reporting schedules
• conduct routine compliance monitoring
• work with leaders to address findings and performance gaps
• develop and monitor corrective action plans
• escalate significant risks
• prepare reports and documentation
• communicate deadlines and risks
• collaborate across departments and with funders and community partners.
