What you'll do

• Direct staff assignments and coordinate workforce-support activities for a federal client
• coordinate with client HR on recruiting logistics, onboarding, workforce records, and workforce planning support
• work with analytics and learning teams on workforce needs, competency development, and organizational change
• monitor workforce-service quality and resolve operational issues
• ensure sensitive personnel information is handled appropriately.
