What you'll do

• Prepare hot and cold menu items to standardized recipes, portions, and plating specifications
• operate grill, fryer, sauté, oven, and other kitchen equipment safely
• maintain a clean, organized, stocked station
• follow food safety and sanitation practices
• communicate with kitchen and front-of-house staff
• assist with prep, line setup, and end-of-shift cleaning and breakdown.

Why this role
