What you'll do

• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise drivers and transportation staff
• plan and optimize routes
• manage fleet maintenance, repairs, inspections, and safety
• monitor driver and transportation performance
• manage costs
• maintain driver logs, inspection records, delivery records, DOT files, and timecards
• coordinate with retail, WTU, and program departments
• resolve delivery and pickup issues
• oversee donation operations and beneficiary training
• conduct team meetings
• ensure loading and unloading equipment is safe and operable.
