What you'll do

• Provides basic nursing care, assists in resident assessments, documents assessments, participates in care planning, updates care plans, communicates plans to IDT, implements nursing interventions, administers medications and treatments, administers IV fluid if certified, documents interventions, uses critical thinking, notifies physician using SBARR, maintains composure during crisis, monitors resident care, identifies problem areas using QAPI, answers call lights, assists with ADLs, completes continuing education, stays current with best nursing practices.

What we're looking for

Education

Licensed Practical Nurse

Experience

Education from an accredited school of nursing that results in becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse. Current license in the state you will be working as a Licensed Practical Nurse. IV Certification required or willing to obtain within six months of employment. Current CPR/AED Certification required or willing to obtain within six months of employment.
