What you'll do

• Advise private equity sponsors and corporate clients on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, joint ventures, strategic transactions, and general corporate matters
• draft and negotiate transaction documents
• manage deals from inception through closing
• coordinate due diligence and workstreams
• advise on corporate law and market terms
• and support business development and client relationships.
