Assistant Manager — Youth Sports & Membership Sales

The Assistant Manager — Youth Sports & Membership Sales role is onsite in Chandler, AZ. Compensation is $21–$23 per hour plus monthly and quarterly performance bonuses. KidsUnited runs youth soccer and child development programs for children ages 18 months to 9 years. Working with the Regional Manager and ownership team, the assistant manager supports membership growth, team leadership, community engagement, and daily club operations. The role helps create a welcoming experience for families while developing staff and supporting club growth.

What you'll do

• Connect with prospective families and convert leads into memberships
• support membership, retention, and revenue goals
• represent the club at community events and build local partnerships
• support social media and outreach
• coach and develop coaches and front desk staff
• help recruit, train, schedule, and support team members
• resolve family questions and concerns
• maintain a clean, safe, organized club environment.
