What you'll do

• Administer physician-ordered oral and topical medications under licensed-nurse supervision
• follow medication-administration procedures and community policy
• record medications and treatments
• take and record vital signs as assigned
• report medication reactions and changes in residents’ condition
• maintain infection-control practices and resident confidentiality
• communicate with medical and nursing staff
• maintain the medication room
• attend required training and meetings.
